- Aggregate weighing: The required aggregates include sand and gravel, which are transported to the construction site by car (the aggregates required for concrete must meet the use standards or the aggregates that have been washed by the stone washing machine to meet the standards), and then use the loader to remove the materials are loaded into the aggregate batching bin, and a weighing scale is installed under the aggregate silo. The weighed aggregates material are transported by the belt conveyor to concrete mixer machine.
- Powder weighing: The required mortar is pumped into the cement silo by a tanker through a compressed air pump, the butterfly valve is opened, the powder falls into the screw conveyor, and the weighing material be transported to the batching silo. The weighed cement is slid into the concrete mixer by the screw conveyor.
- Water weighing: The required water is weighed then into the weighing box, and the weighed water is pumped out by the booster pump and sprayed into the concrete mixer through the water sprayer.
- Additive weighing: The required additives are pumped from the additive tank to the weighing tank by the self-priming pump, and the weighed additives are put into the water tank and sprayed into the concrete mixer through the water sprayer.
- Aggregate, powder, water and additives are put into the concrete mixer according to the set proportion. After fully mixing in the mixer, the door will be open then enter the concrete mixer (Before entering the truck, take a part of the mixed concrete for sampling test to check whether it meets the requirements). After the concrete is qualified, it enters the next mixing cycle, and the finished material is transported to the construction site by the concrete tanker.
